How do we handle support and maintenance?

Partners handle physical issues (sensor replacement, repositioning, battery changes). Flux IoT handles software, data, alerts, and customer success. We provide replacement sensors under warranty and maintain the cloud platform.

What's the typical engagement size?

Restaurant groups: 5-50 sites. Care home operators: 10-300 sites. Hotel chains: 20-200 sites. Most partners start with one customer and expand through referrals and additional locations.

Do we need to sell the subscription?
